    Based on analysis of coal petrological and petrographical properties of Coal Seam 1and Oil Shale Seam 1from Huangxian Tertiary brown coal and oil shale bearing basin,it is indicates that,coal seam 1was formed in a forest swamp with fairly deep water;oil shale Seam 1in a lake swamp,and the sea transgression controlled the fluctuation of the water level,further affecting the evolution and alternation of plant groups within swamps.

    Based on the information collected from 40 geothermal wells,it is researched that the distribution characteristics of geothermal temperature,gradient and surface therm al current value in Kaifeng Depression.Com bined with the study of regularities of geological structure and groundwater′s movement it is demonstrated that the controlling factors of geothermal distribution and formatting mechanism thermal system .

  • Finite deformation rotation of oil and gas reservoir and its fracture prediction —A case:L ower Paleozoic carbonate reservoir in Daqing Tract of Talimu Basin

    Using the theory of finite deform ation m echanics,a displacement function of the gas and oil reservoir deformation is established,and a new method recovering the confiquration before deformation of reservoir is proposed.Strain- Rotation decomposition has been made in the geological structural deformation.Adopting the gradient of mean rotation angle(θ) as the basic characteristic quantity,finite deformation rotation fields in Daqing tract of Talimu basin are studied.By the thinking that the local rotation or the discord rotation of the media will induce fractures,we forecast the fracture favorable regions of the Carbonate rock reservoir and satisfied results are gained.

  • Basin analysis and discovery of Baolongshan concealed coal field

    Baolongshan coalfield is taken as an exam ple to dissertate the method and reason of finding coal under red- beds from Songliao basin.Based on the data of seismic and drilling prospecting,forming mechanism of the basin,character and evolution of the basin m argin fault,the time and space variation of coal accumulation,allocation of sedimentary environment and facies,and coaly coefficient are discussed systematically.The research indicates that the tracing contrast of seismic cross- section,the continuity and super- coverage relationship of isochronous interface and its morphological change,and the internal structure of reflecting wave,are especially helpful to determine the framework of strata,to analyza the formation and development of fault depression,to discuss the filling evolution process and its control action.Based on the above study,the western slope of Songliao basin,including several sub- basins such as Daolaodu- Gaoliban,Zhenlai- Xinglongshan,Juliuhe,Zhanyu,and Xiboyinzi- Baolongshan,is speculated to be an important exploration targetarea of coal resources.

    Based on the theory and method of volume correction for methane isothermal adsorption test,the volume correction form ulation of multi- component gas adsorption is presented.In addition,the density of absorbed phase of multi- component is discussed and calculated.Through the example,it is shown that the relative error of adsorbed gas content of multi- component is lower than that of methane.

  • Study of micropore in coal by low- temperature nitrogen adsorption method and its significance

    L ow- temperature nitrogen adsorption method(L INAM) is used to detect the micropores of2 6 coal sam ples,and the experimental results are analysed in this paper.The detectable minimal pore by L INAM is 0 .6 nm in diam eter,which benefits the research on micropore in coal.The pore between0 .6 and10 nm in diameter is with more specific surface area than the pore between 10 and 10 0 nm in diameter,so the former plays a more important role than the latter.More attention should be paid to the absorbed methane,and the contents of free methane and adsorbed methane are fewer than the contents usually understood.

  • Coalbed methane resource and developmentprospect of Shaanxi Province

    The CBM resource in Shaanxi Province is evaluated as 2 5 6 2 4× 10 8m3at shallower than 2 0 0 0 m .The com prehensive study,covering five coal fields,includes coal reservoir distribution,gas content,coal seam permeability,coal ranks and adsorption properties,in conjunction with resource calculation.It is considered that the potential of CBM developm ent in Shaanxi is very large,especially in Permio- Carbon coal fields in Weibei area and Northern Shaanxi.The Hancheng mining area is an optimum target area for development.

  • Hydrogeologic feature of coalbed methane reservoir in the southern Qinshui Basin

    Hydrogeologic condition is important for the high yield and enrichment of coalbed methane.Hydrogeologic unit in the southern Qinshui basin consists of lots of hydrogeologic subunits.Underground drainage divide results the gas- water yield performance complexity in coalbed methane wells.The northern interval of Jin- huo fracture fold belt on eastern boundary blocks the water in water- bearing beds in middle Ordovician formation horizontally,radial flow condition and water conductivity of underground water in southern interval is extrem ely poor.The water blocking property in middle interval of southern boundary is profitable for the preservation and enrichmentof coalbed methane in Jincheng.Western boundary is Anze,whose northern part is a water blockage boundary,southern part is water conducting fault.There are four important hydrogolgic boundaries in this area,in which Sitou fracture is a closed fracture whose water conductivity and gas conductivity is exceedingly poor.Underground water in terms of hydrostatic pressure encloses the coalbed methand in coalbed in Daning- Panzhuang- Fanzhuang district.It is profitable for the preservation and enrichment of coalbed methane that radial flow strength of underground water is probably weak in Zhengzhuang and nearby area of western Sitou fracture area.The enrichment condition of coalbed methane is good in Daning- Panzhuang- Fanzhuang district whose equipotential surface belongs to pothole stagnantpattern.

  • Study on the hydrogeochemistry genesis of high fluorine shallow- bed groundwater in southwestern Shandong Province

    In most region of southwest of Shandong province,the content of fluorine in shallow- bed groundwater is high.The maximum content is 6 .0 7mg/ L .According to data derived from the hydrogeochemical survey of the shallow- bed groundwater in Juye,Yuncheng,Jiaxiang during the exploration of Juye coalfield,taking into accountthe factors of topography,geomorphology, climate,lithology,the hydrogeochemical characteristic and the mechanism of genesis of the high fluorine shallow- bed groundwater was studied.It was pointed out that the enrichment of fluorine in shallow- bed groundwater have a close relation with p H,salinity and concentration of HCO3- ,Ca2 + ,Mg2 + ,and the com ponent concentration of Ca,Mg,F and the saturation index of som e solid phases,such as Calcite,Aragonite,Anhydrite,Fluorite.The precaution and harnessing measure were put forward.

  • On colmatage of suspensoid and its influence upon flowing states of suspensions in porous media

    A correct quantitative estimation of the influence of suspensoid colmatage upon the seeping progress of suspensions in the m edia is helpful for the reasonable designation of injection technolgy and for controlling the injecting process. The mathematical model describing the colmatage and its influence on seeping behavior of suspensions consists of the three differential equations presented in this paper:transportation equation of suspensoids,kinetic sedim entation equation of suspensoids and flow equation of suspension.The theoretical solution of one- dim ensional model for suspensions flowing in porous media resulted by finite difference method respectively at constant flow discharge and constant boundary pressure difference demonstrated thatdue to colmatage the flowing state of suspensions is always unsteady,and with the change of seeping time the hydraulic gradient increases gradually at constant discharge conditions or the discharge rate decreases gradually at constant boundary pressure difference conditions in the flow field.

    A groundwater inrush occurred with water amount reached 32 970 m3/ h at- 2 10 m North Main Tunnel in Guojiazhuang Coal Mine of Feicheng Mining Area.The geological structures are complicated near the water inrush point,and different aquifers contact each other.The severe inrush resulted from confined water gushing into tunnel through weak fractures.
