  • Mian Factors controlling concentration of trace element in coal

    Based on the genetic analysis of trace elements in the coal of Yanzhou mining district and the summary of previous conclusions,the concentration processes of trace elements are divided into three stages,i.e.primary,secondary and hysterogenic stages.The main factors,which impact on concentration and migration of trace elements,are analyzed.The results indicated that during the coal formation,which began from plants growing to peat swamp and to types of coal rank,there are many factors influencing migration and concentration of trace elements.The factors mainly include plant types,chemical conditions,climate conditions,seawater encroachment,magma hydrothermalism during coalification,and matter exchange between coal and rocks of roof and floor.Therefore,the generation and concentration of trace elements in coals are controlled by many geological factors during every coalification stages.

  • Application of coal petrology to coking and coal-matching-case study in Coking factory of Xuanhua Steal Corporation

    The maceral,fluorescence and R r of original coals for coking in Coking Factory of Xuanhua Steal Corporation were measured by means of coal petrology,while the small coking stove experiment of 10 kg was carried out.The study results show that the No.27 coal can be used independently or partially matched with other coal.Of the mechanical intensity of part coke M 25 can be up to 85% and M 10 can be to 10.2%.

  • Application of secondary developing technique to AutoCAD to mine resource eveluation

    It is introduced that a secondary developing technique to AutoCAD employing Object Oriented Programming and using Visual Basic 6.0,and its application to mine resource evaluation system.As a result,the evaluation system can draw parametric coal pillar and label the drill data automatically.The application result shows that in the environment of VB,using the graphic function of AutoCAD,this method can shorten the developing period greatly.

  • Distinctive properties and utilization way of kaolinite in Zhahe mining area,Huaibei

    It is studied that a kaolinite bed located between No.5 and No.6 coal seams at the bottom of Xiashihezi Formation in Zhahe mining area,Huaibei,by means of differential thermal analysis,X ray diffractogram,infrared spectroscopic analysis.The study results show that this kaolinite bed consists of roughly pure kaolinite mineral ores with average depth of 3.8 m,in which the content of Al 2O 3 is generally 36% 39%,but Fe 2O 3 is 0.78% 1.71%,TiO 2 is 0.49% 0.97%.It is proved that this kind of kaolinite can be favorably used for making chemical products and calcining kaoline.

  • Gas extraction methods and optimization principles in Yangquan Mining Area

    Based on gas occurrence characteristics in Yangquan coal mining area,an extraction method with economic and technique feasibility is determined through correlation analysis of every kind of gas extraction indexes.It means that for single mining coal seam the optimum selection and development direction are U+L ventilation and large hole gas extraction;for combined mining working face of 15 # coal seam the U type ventilation and the gas extraction from roof strike direction rock road way are relatively better.

  • Analytic hiearchy process and its application in economic evaluation of coalbed methane project

    An index system of hierarchy is established based on the characteristic researching of economic evaluation in coalbed methane projects.Using the analytic hierarchy process,the judgement matrix between general objective and each hierarchy is determined and the corresponding weight on the ecnomic evaluation is calculated.The results show that the judgement matrix is consistency,and it would provide foundation for evaluation of coalbed methane project.

  • Study of the relationship between coal adsorption constent and maximum pressure used

    The law that the adsorption values available for coal Langmuir isotherm testing isn′t constant but variable under the same testing conditions occasionally was discovered by the author at studying coal absorption capacity.The experiment result indicates different maximum pressures used in the testing cause the variation of absorption value.The research result further reveals that the relation between absorption constant V L & p L and maximum testing pressures is positive linear trend,and this law identified is of universal based on a lot of absorption data of coal samples from several main coalfields of China.In order to show the correlation among absorption constants and make full use of the data and information collected from the past experiments,a special method transferring absorption estimates under different maximum testing pressures to same maximum pressures is established in the testing study.

  • Experiment and significance of isothermal adsorption of coal on methane under higher temperature

  • Fluorescent characteristic of sapropelic coal in pyrolitic simulation on secondary hydrocarbon generation

    Analyses of secondary hydrocarbon generation in sapropelic coal and its residue from pyrolitic simulation are resulted in two conclusions:(1)While secondary hydrocarbon generation begins,the phenomena of blue shift takes place,it marks the start of secondary hydrocarbon generation;(2)the location (marked with the maturity of vitrinite) and strength of the phenomena generating have affinity with original maturity,with original maturity increasing,the location gradually moves back;the difference between generating maturity and original maturity will increase at first and then decrease,the turning point is suggested in the range of 1.46%~1.80% (R o,max ).

  • Numerical simulation on the dynamic process of water-drainage with roadway of side slope rockmass

    Seepage flow numeration is an effective tool for simulation,dynamic analysis,effect evaluation and forecast of drainage process in rockmass.The dynamic process of the roadway drainage in the side slope is simulated by using boundary element numerical method.Results show that seepage flow coefficient tensor and drainage porosity of rockmass have an obvious effect on the drainage and the dynamic process,as well as the boundary element numerical method is effective on the drainage simulation of small section in size.

    With underground engineering excavated,geo stress released and being regulated,surrounding rock quadratic stress field was formed.The distribution and magnitude of quadratic stress field relates to engineering geological condition and it affects safety construct and supporting measures directly.Quadratic stress field of surrounding rock was measured in site by using suitable for measuring and improved stress restoring method,combined numerical modeling,the variability features of surrounding rock quadratic stress field along the tunnel axis and cross section were researched in this paper.The dependence between surrounding rocks quadratic stress and geo stress field,surrounding rock class,fracture tectonic,epigenetic surface formation,the state of underground water and construction,was analyzed.It has submitted data to research of quadratic stress field in underground engineering and information immediately to information construction in tunnel.

  • Computer processing and fractal dimension calculation of natural water system

    Fractal dimension of natural water system ,to some extents,could reflect geological structure and crustal movement behaviour in the areas.Whereas,a method of calculating fractal dimension is carried out by artificial now.In this paper,based on Visual Basic programming,a computer processing and fractal dimension calculation of natural water system has been carried out by computer technique.As an example,the fractal dimensions of three water systems and their main channels in China (Yellow River,Yangzi River and Pearl River)are calculated by using this program.This computing method is fast,accurate and applicable to various lineaments.

    Through the research on mathematical model,physical model and real data of the dissemination rule and motion form of transverse wave,it is founded that transverse wave has the same characteristic in three dimensional wave field of longitudinal wave.In the light of this feature,field observation on three dimensional transverse wave can be done.A great deal of practical data show that,using the data of three dimensional transverse wave can explain the cavity and ancient lane,buried at the depth of 5~40 m and can stratify precisely the layers simultaneously.

  • Forecasting coal layer thickness by BP neural network from multiple seismic parameters

    Five seismic parameters such as amplitude of wave crest and hollow(A1),average frequency(Fa),energy in dominant frequency domain(Qf1),energy in low frequency domain(Qf),peak frequency(Fmain) are derived according to the seismic kinematics and dynamic characteristics of coal layer thickness.Eight groups of studying samples,made use of BP(Back Propagation)neural network of four layers improved by adopting momentum algorithm and self adaptive adjusting learning rate algorithm to train the BP neural network,and used the trained BP network to forecast coal layer thickness.It was proved that forecasting coal layer thickness by BP neural network from multiple seismic parameters had high accuracy by the practical data.and is an effective approach for forecasting coal layer thickness.
