Abstract：

As result of backward equipment and wrong operation,the forecast results become unreliable when the index of drilling yields is used in forecasting coal or rock outburst.The paper analyzed the main reason for those mistakes in the aspect of actual operation and proposed technological improvement on the basis of present equip-ment,and verification by experiments.Experiment showed that improved anti-burst sampling drilling rig improved significantly accuracy and efficiency.
