摘要(Abstract)：

煤层气与煤炭资源协调开发,是指从煤层气和煤炭为密切共生的不同物相的矿产资源这一基本事实出发,考虑其开采在时间顺序、空间布局、相互影响等关系,按照"采气-采煤一体化"、"地面与井下立体开发"的技术思路,在资源勘查、开发规划与设计、开采途径和技术应用等方面统一部署,相互协调,以实现对这两种矿产资源进行合理、有效的开发利用。从煤层气的资源地位、煤矿安全生产需求和建设循环经济的需求等3方面阐述了协调开发的意义;并指出协调开发技术包括煤层气与煤炭资源同步勘探和协调开采两个方面。
The coordineted development of CBM and coal resources is to carry out unified planning and multual coordination at aspect of resource investigation,development planning and design, extraction aproach and technological application according to the technical thinking of integrated extraction of gas and coal, three-dimensional development from surface and underground, considering time sequence, spatial distribution, multual influence in extraction from the basic fact that CBM and coal are closely associated mineral resources of different physic phase in order to realize the reasonable and efficient development and utilization of these two kinds of resources. The paper expounded the importance of coordinated development from the view of the position of CBM resource, the need of coal mine safety and construction of circular ecomony. It is indicated that the technology of coordinated development includes technologies for synchronous exploration and coordinated extraction of CBM and coal resources.
